The operator of this website and the controller of personal data is punková společnost, s.r.o., Company ID 17951470, Jaurisova 515/4, Michle, 140 00 Praha 4. Hereinafter referred to as “the operator”, “we” or “the controller”.

This website uses cookies and analytical and marketing tools for evaluating website traffic and the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. We only process data that could identify you as a specific natural person with your explicit consent, in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of EU Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR). The data we obtain as an operator may be made available to other processors: software and hardware providers who participate in the creation of this website.

Data from contact forms

By submitting a contact form on our website you acknowledge that we will process the data you entered. This includes in particular:

  • Full name
  • Contact details (email and phone)
  • Your message to us

We process this data on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the above regulation (pre-contractual negotiations) and retain it for 3 years. In this case too you may exercise your rights under Chapter III of the regulation.

Tools used and data processed

Google Analytics

Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States. Google Analytics uses the following personal data to process website traffic statistics: IP address to determine the approximate location of the user. We anonymise the IP address before it is received by Google's servers by replacing the last segment of the IP address with zero. Through geolocation we can better analyse which cities, regions or countries our website users come from. This data is only available in Google Analytics in aggregate form and cannot be attributed to any single visitor. We collect information about where you came to our website from, which pages you visited, what you did on them and how long you spent on the website. We also collect data on the technologies you use: we estimate the type of device, operating system and web browser version. Data on individual user actions is retained for 50 months from the user's last interaction with the website. Legal basis: consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

HubSpot CRM

HubSpot, Inc., 25 First Street, Cambridge, MA 02141, United States (EU data residency endpoint – data stored within the European Union). When you submit a contact form on this website, the following data is transferred to HubSpot: name, email address, phone number, and your message. This data is used solely to handle your enquiry and is processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual negotiations). Data is retained for 3 years.

Advertising tools

For marketing and evaluating the performance of our advertising campaigns we use the tools listed below. If you give us consent, we will also process data about your behaviour on our website in these tools in order to offer you personalised advertisements. These systems receive data on your IP address, cookie identifier, pages viewed, products and categories viewed and completed orders. Legal basis: consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

  • Google Ads and Google Marketing Platform (Google LLC) – conversion measurement and remarketing; only active after marketing consent is given.
  • Facebook (Meta Platforms, Inc.)
  • LinkedIn Insight Tag (LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company) – conversion measurement and remarketing for LinkedIn campaigns; only active after marketing consent is given.

Analytics tools

  • Hotjar First-party, persistent – analytics cookies (_hjid, _hjSessionUser_*, _hjSession_*, _hj*). Provider: Hotjar Ltd. Purpose: session recording and heatmaps to improve the website. Only set after analytics consent.

We never use cookies to personally identify you, and we never store sensitive or personal data in them.
