We were the first agency dealing with short-term rentals in Prague. Before Airbnb entered the Czech market, we had only our own website and two apartment units in Prague 2. More properties gradually joined and we listed apartments on Wimdu. Then Airbnb arrived and with it the short-term rental apartment boom.
Our investors come from the Czech Republic, the USA, Spain, Ukraine, Russia, Vietnam, Kazakhstan, Slovakia, Slovenia and other countries. All new investors have come to us through referrals from apartment owners already in our portfolio.
After 19 years we have automated all our processes and decided to welcome new investors.
Investerra is the acquisition arm of Ruterra, which has hosted travellers in Prague apartments since 2007. Ruterra looks after the guests – 45,000+ reviews on Airbnb and Booking.com, rated 4.6/5. Investerra looks after the owners and investors. One team, 40 people, 130 apartments under management.
