From an old ground-floor flat to a profitable property. The unit was acquired by an existing investor in 2018. The original First Republic interior came with a relatively low purchase price thanks to its ground-floor position. We chose a minimalist interior design to balance costs against a premium look.
Renovation completed December 2018. The initial demolition and construction work was costly, so the investor chose a moderate renovation rather than an expensive full conversion. In under 5 years under management the investor had recouped a large portion of the original investment. Average annual occupancy exceeds 85% at CZK 7,000 per night.








We stayed in this property for 3 days, having access to the best tourist points only a few minutes of walking distance. We loved having extra amenities such as food and I'd recommend it to anybody :) Alex and Kate were really helpful with providing us with key infos such as best restaurants, best cafes etc…
