From an old city-centre apartment to a profitable property. This investment flat was handed to us for management by a new investor, referred by an existing investor in 2017. The unit had a poor layout and everything had to be gutted and redesigned from scratch. Since the apartment is in the historic centre of Prague, we didn't want to cap occupancy at just 4 guests. Knowing our target audience – with the city's main landmarks a short walk away – we chose an art deco interior.
Complete renovation in June 2017. The flat is in a renovated Gothic building adorned with Renaissance and Baroque details from 1800, listed on the Czech cultural heritage register. The original layout was unsuitable – everything was demolished and redesigned with an art deco interior and maximum capacity for tourist groups.






I and my friends pleasantly enjoyed our stay at this apartment, and the hosts Alex and Kate were so helpful and responsive from the airport transfer to the list of recommendations for restaurants, shops and activities. I'd highly recommend staying in one of their properties.
