From an old apartment to a profitable property.
From bare walls in Vinohrady to a profitable property. This investment flat was handed to us for management by a new investor in 2017. The unit was a 2-bedroom with bare walls. We designed a subtle art deco style – neutral and pleasant, suited to the typical Vinohrady visitor (families and couples rather than city-centre tourists). By changing the layout we doubled the maximum capacity.
renovation process
Renovation completed June 2017. From the original bare-walled 2-bedroom we created a 3-bedroom in subtle art deco style. The new layout comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. Average annual occupancy exceeds 80% at CZK 9,000 per night – achieved through professional Airbnb/Booking profiles, tasteful interiors, sophisticated pricing tools and professional photography.

They are taking care of every single detail thoroughly - apart from a pleasant and responsive communication, a smooth check-in/out process and local recommendations, imagine you even get instructions on how to open czech doors :) The apartment they offered was just amazing, it was very comfortable and super clean, close to the city center, in a very good district.
