From a dilapidated semi-basement flat to a profitable property. The investor acquired the unit in 2017 at a relatively low price due to its semi-basement position and run-down condition. We designed an industrial interior with a table football table and infrared sauna, targeting Airbnb/Booking guests. The renovation was completed in record time ahead of the summer season.
The semi-basement flat in poor condition received an industrial design in 2017. Alex and Kate were very nice hosts and gave us all details we needed to enjoy the stay and the city. You'll find everything you could need in the surroundings and you can walk to the main attractions of Prague. Also, the football table made it way funnier the time we were at home!
