From an old apartment to a profitable property.
This investment apartment was purchased by one of our existing investors in early 2016. He had two units under our management and used the short-term rental income to acquire a third. By reconfiguring the layout we comfortably accommodated up to 12 people, relocated the shower room to create space for a 6-person infrared sauna, and the large living room was able to accommodate a pool table.

Complete layout redesign in December 2016. The original 2 bedrooms and large bathroom were transformed into a spacious apartment for 12 guests. Relocating the shower room made room for a 6-person infrared sauna. Reducing the booking lead time from 14 to 5 months drove a 15% revenue increase.
